2. Data Processed: First and last name, email address, phone number (optional), company name and message. For form security also the IP address, a session cookie (sna_contact) and the browser and device characteristics collected by Cloudflare Turnstile. The form cannot be sent without the fields marked with an asterisk.

3. Purposes: Answering your request and contacting you; handling offers and contracts if your request becomes a business discussion; protecting the form against spam and abuse. Your data is not used for marketing or advertising.

4. Collection Method and Legal Basis: The data is collected electronically from you when you fill in the form. Where your request relates to entering into a contract, the basis is KVKK Art. 5/2(c) (concluding or performing a contract; GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)); for general requests and form security, KVKK Art. 5/2(f) (our legitimate interest; GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).

5. Recipients: Your data is not sold. To deliver the service it is transferred to our hosting and corporate email providers outside Türkiye and, for bot verification, to Cloudflare, Inc. (USA). These international transfers are made in accordance with KVKK Art. 9 and, where GDPR applies, Chapter V GDPR. Data may be disclosed to competent authorities where required by law.

6. Retention: 2 years after the request is closed; if it leads to a contract, 10 years after the contractual relationship ends.

7. Your Rights: Under KVKK Art. 11 you may learn whether your data is processed, request information, learn the purpose and whether it is used accordingly, know the third parties it is transferred to, request correction, deletion or destruction, request that these actions be notified to those third parties, object to a result arising solely from automated analysis, and claim compensation for damage from unlawful processing. Where GDPR applies you also have the rights of restriction, portability, objection and complaint to a supervisory authority.
